Most runners train without direction, resulting in a cycle of limited results, nagging injuries and a feeling that running is more of a chore than a fun activity that they look forward to!

Many years ago, I had the same experience. For this reason, I now have a method of coaching runners with a focus on three runs per week, accountability and motivation. You will get stronger, enjoy the process and have the time and energy to enjoy your every day life.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. In our initial conversation, we talk through your running history. It’s important to understand any struggles you’ve had mentally and physically, and most importantly your goals as a runner.

  2. Each week we will talk for 20 minutes on the phone about the past week, the week ahead and anything we need to address to get you moving forward in the most positive way possible. This can be in relation to the training itself or life stuff that I need to take into account when designing your plan for the next week.

  3. I will give you three individually focused runs each week based on any discussions we have had as well as your feedback to me on your sessions.

**Most importantly, together we will enjoy the entire process!

$195 + tax / month

  • 1 Weekly call to discuss all aspects of your training.

  • 3 runs will be sent to you each week tailored to you, your goals, your life and your progress.

  • Communication via email or phone as needed during the week to be sure you are on track!
